We have 3 properties that are on the same block, located walking distance to downtown and the South Beach main entrance. Three combos are listed below that may suite your group.
1. LuxErie and Superior (Sleeps 28)
These two properties are on the same block, which is near the main entrance to South Beach and a few blocks from the splash pad and downtown. With LuxErie permitted for 12 and Superior for 16, this combo can sleep up to 28 people.

2. LuxErie and ExpERIEnce (Sleeps 24)LuxErie and Experience are right next door to each other!!! With partial lake views from the front porches, these are located just steps to the main entrance of South Beach, a few blocks to Kid's Corner Park and a few blocks to downtown making this combo a great option. Both properties are newly constructed within the last few years, each have 6 bedroom/bathroom combos and basement recreation areas. These properties max at 12 guests, resulting in 24 people total between the two.

3. LuxErie, Superior, and ExpERIEnce (Sleeps 48)Reserve all 4 of our downtown properties for your extra-large gathering! Among these homes, we can sleep up to 48 people. These properties are all near South Beach and downtown South Haven.

Along the North Shore and the northside of town, we have a sprinkling of 5 properties. We've paired them with their nearest counterparts below. Looking for a home directly on the lake? In addition to what is presented here, we have a lakefront property on the far northside, about 8 miles from these that can be added to any combo (view Edgewater Bluffs here).
1. Fern Creek and Lamb Haven (Sleeps 24)
These two large homes are located just a few houses apart on the same street, making this combination an ideal group selection. Both properties are dog friendly and have an abundance of amenities including private pools, hot tubs, firepits and outdoor fireplaces. They are just steps from the First Street Beach access and 1.5 miles to downtown.

2. Fern Creek, Lamb Haven, and Inn Like a Lamb (Sleeps 40)
Add the Inn Like a Lamb property to the above pairing for your extended group. All three properties are on the same road, with Inn Like a Lamb landing about a half mile from Fern Creek and Lamb Haven. All three are dog friendly and have private pools, hot tubs, and amenities galore!

We have 3 nice options in the Harbor Club Community that can sleep 40 people all together. SoHa Poolside Haven has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 14, The Sandbar has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 16, and Harbor Splash is 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. The Sandbar is dog friendly should you have a furry friend to bring along! Harbor Club also has a year-round pool near these homes and a 2nd seasonal heated outdoor pool near the marina. Three properties are situated south of downtown and are paired together below. It wouldn't be too far to join any of these properties with our downtown locations as well.
1. Lamb Guest and Twilight Ridge (Sleeps 22)
Lamb Guest is a 3-story home with resort-like amenities including a private pool, cabana, hot tub, firepit, outdoor chess and indoor recreation rooms. Twilight Ridge is a ranch home around the corner where guests can utilize 3 bedrooms on the main floor or additional sleeping space in the basement recreation room. Both properties are near the Blue Stairs beach access, Kid's Corner Park, and a little over a mile from downtown South Haven. They are 0.1 mile apart.

2. Twilight Ridge plus All In and/or Trailside Treasure in the Trailside neighborhood (see below).
Trailside Treasure and All In are located in the Trailside neighborhood, named because of its location next to the Van Buren hiking and biking trail. These homes have access to a community pool. Twilight Ridge is a few blocks away from Trailside and is a quaint ranch home with a large backyard deck. Both properties are near the Blue Stairs beach access, Kid's Corner Park, and a little over a mile from downtown South Haven. They are 0.4 mile apart. Sleeps up to 42 people across the 3 homes.

We have two nice options in the Trailside neighborhood that can sleep 30 people together. All In at Trailside and Trailside Treasure each have 5 bedrooms, sleeping 14 and 16 respectively. They are located down the street from one another, and both are near the heated community pool. The Van Buren Trail runs alongside the Trailside neighborhood for easy access to hiking and biking!
