We had a vacation we will always remember!! All because of this fabulous house! We walked to the beach, we swam, we used the hot tub, rode the bikes, and used the putting green! We have never stayed at a more accommodating house. They have everything!!!

Absolutely one of the very best rental properties ever! We gathered our four adult kids, four spouses and five grandchildren for a long weekend of fun in the sun, including boating, tubing, swimming, fire pit s'more fun, and many very large family meals.We all really enjoyed ourselves as it's so difficult to bring everyone together with our busy schedules. Everything included with the rental at "Inn Like a Lamb") was very well thought out. They had pool toys, a variety of outdoor dining tables/chairs, a grill that has a permanent gas connection so no need for propane tanks. There was plenty of sleep space for all of us, with comfortable beds and great linens on each one. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed (minus the food/beverages) to pull off amazing meals for 15. There were lots of spaces to escape the family loudness throughout the home. The basement also has sleeping for 3-4. We rented two golf carts from South Haven Scooter. That is a MUST! It gave the kids fun rides all weekend and easier to navigate around town as most roads allow for the carts. Just don't drive on sidewalks, stay on the streets and buckle up:) The sunsets by the water are gorgeous and the sand and water are clean and awesome!Everyone commented how absolutely perfect this rental was, in a super fun town. We travel a lot and like to stay in nice places and it turned out to be absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for filling our core memory cups!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Inn Like a Lamb. The check in was very easy. The kitchen as well as the entire property was so well equipped. I think we had every cooking tool, appliance, serving dishes and dishes we could possibly ask for including plastic dishes for our youngest members. It was nice to have an extra fridge in the pool shed. The amenities were endless. We could not have asked for better accommodations. Everyone loved it and had a great time.

A Cut Above!
Loved our week at Inn Like a Lamb! Listing is accurate with more amenities than can be listed. We really enjoyed everything about the home and comfortable with the space as a family of 15 people. Short walk to beautiful Newcome beach and close to shops, restaurants and ice cream downtown. Beautiful sunsets and must view one from the lighthouse!! Owner and Anchor Point were excellent to work with and very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We hope to return someday! Thank you for a lovely week.

Christmas Cheer!
We loved the property. From the minute we walked in the door the ambience was enchanting. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, which enhanced our enjoyment of our weekend Christmas party for our family. The hot tub was a perfect temp, which the kids used both days. Plenty of towels. Kitchen appointed with more than enough of everything we could’ve possibly needed.! The only complaint would be that the bunkbed seemed a bit unstable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend others to this property..

Beautiful home, great amenities, the house had everything we needed for the week. It was one of the most thoughtfully stocked homes Ive stayed at. I really loved it here and my family did also. we had a party of 8 adults and two kids and dogs and had a ton of room and never felt on too of one another.
Owners were very responsive and seemed like nice people.
If we go back to South Haven again, we’d love to stay here again especially in the warmer months.

We had our family reunion here and were very pleased with our stay. The house is beautiful and very conveniently located across the street from a beautiful beach access point. It is also quite close to downtown South Haven. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The house was nicely decorated for the fall.

Our extended family ages 11 months to 75 years spent two nights here. We found it very clean, cozy, and well kept. Didn't have enough time to use all that was available to us both indoors and out. The beach is literally right across the street, a minute's walk away. We tooled around on the old bikes, walked to town for coffee, but spent most of our time enjoying time together in the different gathering spots within the house and by the pool/firepit. The house was very comfortable and we would not hesitate to rent again.

An oasis in south haven!

Summer get away
We booked this lovely home for vacation. The house was exactly as pictured and did not disappoint. Very spacious. We had 8 adults plus our dog and there was enough room for all. We spent the majority of time in the pool and enjoying the backyards fire pit and putting area. Really liked that they had so many pool floats and fun pool toys. The beach was beautiful..we saw so many picturesque sunsets. (Even though the beach was across the main road and super convenient they are NOT pet friendly). Would definitely come again!

I would highly recommend this property. For starters, the house itself is beautiful. It's also incredibly well furnished; they've provided just about everything you could think of (bikes/helmets, toys for pool/beach, putting green with clubs/balls, fire pit with pokers, billiards/ping pong, board games, every kitchen accessory you could imagine).
In terms of location, I wouldn't necessarily say you're in the thick of it, but you're close enough that it's readily accessible, while far enough away to enjoy some serenity. It was perfect for us. There's a small beach right across the street. Downtown/the main beaches are a 5 minute drive, 10-15 min bike ride, 30 minute walk.
The hosts were also great with communication and very responsive. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect property!
This property deserves 5 stars and more! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything imaginable. The backyard was like our own private oasis featuring a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit area stocked with wood, relaxing water feature, and putting green with golf supplies. The entire backyard is fenced which was perfect for our dog who had the best time exploring the small wooded area near the putting green. The location was better than described. The house is located across the street from public beach access and an easy 1 mile walk to downtown South Haven. Easily accessible from the house, maybe 1 mile, is a Meijer grocery store. Super convenient! The property management company is very responsive and provided top notch customer service. We also had the honor of meeting the property owner whose warmth and hospitality only enhanced our trip. We were blown away by the property owner’s attention to detail in every room. We felt like pampered guests! Our experience at this property exceeded our expectations. It felt like a home away from home where every detail was thought of to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We highly recommend, especially if you have a furbaby!
