Another absolutely wonderful weekend in South Haven. This is our group’s 2nd Anchor Point property (we stayed at Lamb Haven last fall) and we weren’t disappointed. Everything was perfectly clean and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were clean. The location was very convenient to the beach and the downtown area for shopping. The house was all we could have asked for. My 5 siblings and their spouses all had plenty of room including a private bathroom for all. The kitchen was the best equipped that any of us had ever seen. The property management team kept in touch, but I cannot rate their response time since absolutely nothing needed their attention. Wow! Talk about a beach oasis! My 3 boys were beyond excited about the pool, the hottub, the giant outdoor chess, the game room and so much more!!! There were so many antique touches throughout the home. The place is also so spacious and perfect for your big or small group! I even saw that the Globetrotters stayed here! we stayed here with our two adult children and their families. There were eleven of us in all, including five children, ages 2 through 8. The home is gorgeous, with well-appointed bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, a very well-quipped kitchen, and plenty of outdoor activities. Our grandkids loved the games in the basement - pool, air hockey and ping pong. The pool was a bit small, but they still had a great time in it. The home also had some very endearing touches, like the nautical theme throughout, and some fun additions, like a real working organ on the third floor. This home really was perfect for us because of the six bedrooms, which we needed.
The area surrounding this home is so pretty, lots of trees and so peaceful. We had a great time here in South Haven.

This home exceeded our expectations! A fully stocked, gourmet kitchen with plenty of seating and overflow areas. Bright, fresh and clean with exceptional detail in every area bth indoors snd outdoors. Our children and grandchildren loved the warm pool (81 degrees) and of course the in-ground jacuzzi was amazing and relaxing. Loved having bikes available to ride to the beaches snd beyond. Downtown South Haven is minutes away; great restaurants, a Speakeasy opens Thursday-Sunday. Farmers Market at the pavilion offers local foods and gifts every Saturday and Wednesday 8am-2pm. Every morning and evening we watched the deer 🦌 just outside the sunroom windows. Our family said that this home set a high bar.

Perfect Get-Away
Stayed the week with our college age kids and several of their friends. The house was perfect in every way. In addition to being clean and spacious, it was the best equipped house I’ve ever rented for hosting a larger group. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and then some. (There’s a stand alone ice machine for goodness sakes.). There were three sets of washers and dryers, three fridges, pool floats, a gazillion bikes — all in great working order. And while we didn’t spend a ton of time on the beach, It’s proximity to South Haven and Saugatuck allowed us to enjoy even the rainy days. Thanks VRBO!

We stay at many Airbnb properties. This one ranks towards the very top. It is a beautiful home with everything you need and more. It was very clean and full of well-appointed antiques. Everything was in working order. Two dishwashers, an ice maker, and even a heated toilet seat! We enjoyed all of the games, which were in wonderful working condition. We walked in and were welcomed by soft music and gifts. It really is a wonderful place to stay. No hesitation to book this is warranted.

I came to this home to celebrate my birthday with a hroup of friends and family! This home was bih enough to accomidate the entire group of 11 with plenty of space. I enjoyed all of the ammenities. The photos do not do the home justice! The beach is way longer than a 2 minute walk but it is only a 5 minute drive down the road. The home is located on a road without walkways so walking may not be the best option. If youre looking at this home, just book it! note check in and check out are not flexible. 4pm-10am

This home offers a very private experience for a multiple couples vacation. It has many bedrooms and en suite baths for many of the rooms. The house is very well stocked and the appliances are high end. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but we did use the fireplace in the back and in front of house which was nice for cooler nights. The basement has a pool table, ping pong and air hockey to keep kids busy. If you're a serious pool player, just know it's shooting in a basement and you will have to use short sticks they provide. I think you'll need your pool cue because I didn't see normal size ones but we brought our own so I didn't look around for them. All in all this was a very nice home with lots of space for a large group. You will need to drive to the downtown but it's only a few minutes away. Very nice home!

A home is exactly what this felt like. Great attention to details. We are a group of friends who have been taking various trips together for over 30 years, and we all agree, that this house is the best place we have ever stayed. The bedrooms with attached baths were great for privacy and convenience as we got ready for each day's adventure. Lots of little spots in the house to take a minute to yourself,too.Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Seriously thinking of a return trip.

We brought 3 generations across 3 families here on vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and for everyone to get together for meals and games. What a fantastic place for our women’s retreat! The house was immaculate, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook delicious meals together and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and at home. Public access to the beach was a few minutes walk away and at this time of year, we had miles of beach to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was very little traffic. South Haven was a short drive with fun shopping and cute restaurants. The host was very pro-active and the communication was clear and helpful. We are already planning next week’s trip!

Wedding weekend rental
This home is amazing! The house itself is beautiful and spacious. We were not expecting each room to have its own attached bathroom and certainly not 3 laundry rooms! It was perfect for our large group, at no point did we feel crowded or on top of each other. Exploring the house was half the fun, all weekend we kept finding/noticing new decorations and amenities we hadn’t previously noticed. I’m so happy we chose this rental for our wedding weekend!

From the very first peek at this home, it was perfect for us. Plenty of furniture to sit on but we hung out around the dining table 80% of the time. Everyone commented on the comfort of the beds. Any item that we needed for cooking or prepping was available to us in the kitchen. We appreciated the "extras" that were in drawers, on shelves, in the pantry or in a basket. EVERY need was well thought-out and available to us. We did not need but loved the extra fridge and freezer in the garage. And the "extras" in the garage! Originally, before we ever arrived, we talked about the games in the back yard yet never played while we were there. It's very family friendly. Readers that have issues with stairs should be advised that there is a lower, main, 2nd and 3rd floor. A master bed and bath on the main level is quite spacious as well as a walk-in shower. This home has plenty of room to spread out inside and out.
We are already talking about a return trip to this home.

Ok so this placing is ABSOLUTELY stunning! We came out for a girls trip, and it was better than I could have imagined! No stone is left unturned with this beauty! They even had 7 bikes available to ride, not that we did with that amazing backyard! I would stay it is better suited for adults! They have it decorated so nice Ild be afraid to take my black lab or toddlers there!

The hosts were very responsive and the house was as described. There was plenty of room for all 12 of us with lots of washers, dryers, showers and beds. The pool was saltwater which we were not aware of but I wish it was stated in the description. It is a short walk to the beach and the downtown area was very easy to get to. The game room in the basement was wonderful with a pool table, air hockey and ping pong table. We had a great time and would use this host again!

We stayed at Anchor Point for my dad’s 60th birthday weekend and the kitchen had every baking tool imaginable - we were even able to bake him a cake! We felt right at home. My only regret is not extending our stay for a week. 10/10 would absolutely stay again.

South Haven Gem
What sets this home apart is the attention to detail throughout. The 6 bedrooms with en suites accommodated our large group very comfortably. We especially enjoyed playing ping pong, pool, and air hockey as well as relaxing in the hot tub. Emily at Anchor Point was fantastic at managing all of the details of our stay. I can't bgin to adequately describe the beauty and serenity of this property. When we entered we were instantly transported to historic Americana. Every inch of this home has been masterfully curated to excite the senses. Our family had so much looking at all of the photos and antiques.
No need to pack much more than your clothing at this prpoerty. They have considered your every need. Everytime our family was about to head out to the store we found just what we needed. The kitchen is beyond stocked with anything you may need for entertaining both indoors and out.
The game room is fully stocked allowing us all to get in on the fun. The hot tub was perfect on those chilley days. There are two gas fire places that were perfect for warming up after a walk from the beach that is only 4 min away.
The integrated sound system and smart tvs kept us entertained and celebrating. While the upstairs famiky room is perfect for resting away from the rest.
Our family will definitely be back.
