Anchor Point was perfect for our mom’s weekend away. The house is absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully stocked, and in pristine condition. The large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were luxurious and the hot tub was a treat! The large living spaces were perfect for a group- we were even able to do a group yoga class in the attic room! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Anchor Point!

Great family get together. Highly recommended for families with kids as there are a lot of games for kids all ages. This was by far one of the best houses we rented via airbnb. This home was probably designed by professional designers as it was very thoroughly designed to meet every single need for all age groups.

We booked very last minute & I'm so glad we did! Our kids enjoyed the multiple game rooms, spacing out, the heated pool in October & being SO close to the beach! We had so much fun at the house we rarely left. The host was super responsive when a gaming switch broke & sent out a repairman very quickly! This home has all the details!! The house was very clean. The kitchen was spacious, had plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc, which made it easy to cook for a large group of people. The hot tub could have been a few degrees hotter, but overall I would recommend staying at this property.

Stayed at this property for my wedding in south haven and it was absolutely beautiful. So much space and looks bigger in person. Very clean. The pool and hot tub were great and well kept. Right across from public beach access. We had an amazing time and would for sure stay here again. The only downside is the neighbor to the right (when facing the property) is kind of a miserable human being and decided to come over to the house to share her unwanted opinions about our party staying here and was VERY disrespectful, insulting us, calling us names, using vulgar language, to me and my family which kind of ruined the vibes on my wedding night when we were just trying to celebrate. Not the owners fault and the Airbnb was great, just something to keep in mind if you are having more people (we had 12) stay here and wanted to enjoy the outside amenities in peace.

This place is incredible. It’s huge and perfect for a big group. We loved that the bedrooms all had their own bathrooms!!
The pool is amazing and heated and has a great childproof cover that rolls away via a switch!
It was spotless.
Very easy to get to the beach across the street.
It’s the most well stocked Airbnb I’ve ever seen. Every thing you need to cook and entertain there.
The kids loved the extra play room stocked with toys and a play kitchen.
We ended up booking an extra day once we got there bc we loved it so much.
We will definitely be going back.

This was absolutely the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented. The kitchen was amazing with a very large island for all our family to sit around. The bedrooms all had en-suite baths which provided an extra luxurious experience for all the guests. We enjoyed the fireplace with a running pond almost every night as well as the hot tub and pergola sitting area. The pool was heated which we were really thankful since we booked in late summer. The best part was the easy access to the beach within steps of the property! There is a basketball hoop and bikes to enjoy as well. I can’t think of a better space for a family trip!

Unbelievable stay with 6 adults, 4 kids. Fully stocked house, with everything you could ever need. Pristine bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Kitchen was huge and pool/outdoor BBQ and amenities were great. A 2-minute walk to the beach, and close drive to Saugatuck and downtown for restos. Highly recommend

Lamb Haven was above and beyond what we expected. It is literally the nicest Air BnB Ive ever rented. Our group was sold on the photos but it was even better in person. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ice maker was a really nice touch, along with two dishwashers and two garbage cans in the cabinets next to them. There was a bathroom in every bedroom. There were TWO sets of washers and dryers. Since the weather was a bit cooler, we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The host was very responsive! This property is amazing!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Lamb Haven. The home is absolutely stunning, extremely clean, and very well equipped. The beds & furniture were comfortable, and we loved having seating to be able to share a meal together and play games at the table. Every detail was thoughtfully considered and we had everything we could need or want to feel right at home. I can't recommend this home enough. There were 6 large bedrooms with attached beautiful bathrooms. There's also a 3rd floor playroom that had 3 beds and a private bathroom as well. We had plenty of space to spend time all together, or spread out to different area's of the house. The outside was well appointed with lots of seating, a gas fire pit, and a wood fire pit to roast marshmallows. They even had firewood available. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again soon.

We visited the Lamb Haven home in South Haven with a group of couples — 12 adults total. It was a perfect setup for couples, each of us having a private room with our own bathroom. All the rooms are beautiful and spacious, making it a pretty fair trade for all guests. We loved the big beautiful kitchen and living room — which is where we spent most of our time. The hot tub was also wonderful during the winter! The house itself is made for easy hosting with plenty of plates, glasses, and other cooking needs. There is plenty of places to hang out with a game room, cozy lounge space on the second floor, and play room for kids on the third. I can't say enough positive things about this rental home. I'd 100% recommend for groups and families! We visited during the winter, but I can see this home being even more amazing during the summer with the beautiful backyard and pool.

It was the perfect place for our company to hold our annual meeting. Plenty of space and the place was beautiful. The only thing that we wished was different was a larger rug at the front door. It was snowy and wet outside and we didn't want to get the beautiful floors all wet and dirty!

Beautiful home with slots of amenities!!!
Spent three nights with 6 couples to ring in the New Year! The house was perfect. So spacious allowing us our own space and good gathering spots as well! Cupboards are loaded with serving pieces, bakeware and so much more! The separate ice maker was great to have. Great rental for friends and families!

We absolutely loved our stay over the holidays at Anchor Point. The house is gorgeous, huge, so well appointed, and has so many little details we appreciated. Each of the six master bedrooms was very nice and spacious, and there's another sleeping room on the large 3rd floor with several beds. There are 2 fantastic game rooms (with ping pong, pool and air hockey tables), tvs throughout the house, a very nice den/tv area upstairs as well as in the large living room, & the kitchen is massive and so well stocked. We cooked several meals w/ family and appreciated all the cookware, gadgets, and other details in the kitchen. Separate wine cooler and ice-maker, two dishwashers, two ovens, bar area, and at least 8 stools at a huge island. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub -- in the summer, the pool would be amazing. The house is across the street from a public beach entrance, with steep steps down to the beautiful beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

I'd recommend a stay at this rental! It was a very spacious home where each bedroom had it's own attached bathroom. They layout was great offering a VERY spacious main floor with HUGE kitchen, dining, and living room combination and additional living spaces where small groups could get away from the larger group. Our kids really enjoyed the air hockey table and ping pong along with the hot tub. The place was very clean and the host answered my questions upon check in quickly. Because every place has opportunity, I'd love some conditioner in the showers not just shampoo and better brands. It just didn't match the quality of the home. Additionally there were quite a few instructions that were overkill before we even checked in. Less communication would have been better and less emphasis on noise levels. That's really the thing I remember most about the communications, "don't be loud in the house or the rental". None of this is a reason not to stay.

Our group of 10 cousins booked the house for our Annual Book Club Weekend and we are so glad we did! It was the perfect home with wonderful space to hang out downstairs, do some crafts and puzzles, play games, and catch up while also each having our own space to retreat for a nap or quiet time. We loved the touches of
Fall decor for our cozy fall weekend. It was very clean and had everything we needed (besides coffee and tea but that gave us a chance to visit Bunde’s right down the road). The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and has 2 dishwashers which was perfect for our big group. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and hair dryers were supplied in the bathrooms. We visited the town for some shopping, walked on the beach for sunset, and had lunch at Crane’s Restaurant/ Winery. The hot tub was perfect after our chilly walk on the beach. Overall, the stay was exactly what we hoped for and we would absolutely come back.

Annual classmates trip

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and straightforward.
However, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't extend my stay by a few hours, even though the property was available. It would have been really helpful if there had been some flexibility with the check-out time. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great Family Retreat
Lamb Haven was a perfect getaway spot for our group of 12. Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom with a couple extras for the kids. Loved the two separate game rooms with ping pong, pool, and air hockey. The back patio/pool/pergola area was such a fantastic hangout space, we barely went over to the beach. This is our second time at one of the Lamb houses, and they really know how to equip a house for a large group. Multiple dishwashers, multiple refrigerators, multiple washers and dryers. The house really does have it all!
