Anchor Point was a very nice place to stay for our holiday! Very clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were an added bonus, especially for the kids! Everything had easy to follow instructions and communication was quick. We would come back again!

We were in town for a wedding and this house was the perfect base for family. The house was clean and quiet, well-appointed, and spacious. The location was great - walkable to the beach, and a few minutes’ drive to town and also to a nice, large grocery store. The host was very communicative - instructions for checking in and checking out were provided in detail and in a timely manner. The host was also extremely helpful, responding promptly to a request we had while we were trying to get ready for the wedding celebration. We had a wonderful stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Anchor Point. The only things we wish it had was a couch on the main floor that fold out to couch only because the stairs were a lot for my mom to climb. This really isn’t a complaint though we really did like the house we stayed in. The neighbor pool and hot tub was very close to this house and was clean and nice to use. The south haven lighthouse was only an 8 minute drive for us and South is always wonderful to visit from the shops to the beach.

Our rental home was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. There were paths to go for walks and even a place for my grandson to fish. The only complaint was Newcomb Beach which is a 9 minute walk from the rental home. We weren’t expecting a beach that’s only about 30 feet wide and you can’t go beyond the marked boundaries because it was all private beach which was very disappointing so we had to drive to south beach and pay $10 each visit.

Nice location. Pool was great with the cover so kids could swim in rain or sun. They were fast to communicate when we had minor issues and resolved them swiftly. Just as an FYI the beach within walking distance is just an entrance with private beaches on either side so it was best for us to just drive to north or south beach.

Everything provided
The house and amenities were all exceptional. Checking in was very easy and the property manager was always available if needed ( however, this was not necessary). The rooms especially downstairs for the granddaughters were the best.

We had such a wonderful stay at Anchor point! It was perfect for our big group for a bachelorette party. The hosts were very responsive everything from check in to check out was made clear and easy! Would definitely come back!

Our family had a great time staying there. We had eight adults, one child and one infant. There were plenty of beds and plenty of room for us. All the amenities listed were there and easy to find.
We were right by the indoor pool, which was great at this time of the year in the fall.
Stores and shops are easy to find and within a short distance

Fantastic space! Everything was spotless and pristine. Lots of room in the house. Silverware and cookware were great. Surprised to find a vase for some flowers we bought! Very nice laundry room so we ended up laundering our clothes twice while we were there. Clear and easy instructions and very responsive to texts. Pool was great but got surprisingly crowded late at night. Only wish there was a bigger dining room and dining table (fits up to 14 guests but can only seat around 4 at the table). Would highly recommend and would like to see what other Airbnbs this company has

We had an incredible long weekend at this property! Two families stayed here very comfortably. Our 5 kids had an amazing time with their own bunk room in the basement while both sets of parents were able to enjoy the upstairs rooms with king sized beds. We even had one unused bedroom with 2 beds so the home could accommodate more people if needed. The pool is right outside this home and was so much fun and convenient when we were done at the beach. The communication with Anchor Point was exceptional and we can’t wait to return to this property in the future!

The place was immaculate and comfortable. Very clean and free of clutter, furniture was very comfortable, the decor was beautiful and updated. Close to downtown South Haven. The pool looked great, we did not get to use though because it was closed for some unforeseen circumstance so that was a bummer. But everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
