What a beautiful house! We loved having the fire pit right in our backyard. Even though the houses are close together, it was a very peaceful neighborhood. Hot tub was great!!
Loved all the included stuff in the garage (beach chairs and wagon) - we never ended up walking far but we did take the wagon in my car and drove to nearby beaches - Packard Park was lovely and private feeling, North Beach was huge and had a great play area for the kids!
My small family with 2 kids stayed in the basement while the rest of my family slept upstairs. My suggestions are minor - the basement bedroom closet could use some shelves or something, and a mirror in that room would be nice. My brother stayed in the bunkbed room upstairs and said he could have used a dresser of some sort in their closet. And they could use more towel hooks in the main bathroom upstairs for pool towels to dry on. The bathrooms were lovely and spacious, though!
The host was lovely and helpful. Thanks for a great family trip!

We were happy to find such a nice property for our family vacation. The Sandbar was spacious, clean, & had what we needed to have fun & relaxing family time together. We especially enjoyed easy access to the beautiful beaches in South Haven & the general easy going atmosphere in the community.

We were very happy with the house and it's location too.
The kids loved the pool and we liked the convenience of it too. The house was very spacious and had plenty of rooms/beds for our family of 10. Very clean too!
The basement was very cold and it was hard to regulate the temperature. Not a big issue though.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anchor Point! The house was spacious, very clean, and extremely welcoming!!! The kitchen was amazing. Extremely well stocked and plenty of room for multiple cooks without bumping into one another! We had a group of 10 and had plenty of space for all of us. The host were some of the best I have worked with on the Airbnb site! I highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Booked this home for a girls weekend plus kids/toddlers and it was a great home to relax for the weekend. We loved the pool, driving to the beach and being close to stores when needed. The hosts had great communication and were helpful weeks before the trip. We will be back again!
