Harbor Club offers convenient golf cart rentals, a second outdoor pool located by the marina, and access to boat rentals for a full resort-style experience. This home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, making it the perfect destination for your next group getaway. Bring your furry friends too because this cottage is dog friendly!

House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people
- Two dogs allowed for an extra fee
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The host has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.
- NOTE: There is a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home.

FAQ:  The pool is heated with a retractable roof. It is open all year-round and accessible with a key fob located inside the home. A second outdoor pool is located at the marina and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
