House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 6 people
- No smoking
- No pets
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- The manager has multiple homes in the area should you need additional space for your large group
- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home and a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the front door

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
