Trailside Treasure Pool Access Near Bike Trail Lake and Town
Welcome to Trailside Treasure! Newly constructed in 2023, the nautical decor was thoughtfully curated for your beach vacation. Three stories of living space offer guests the option to spread out or gather together in the open kitchen/family room. The home sits steps away from a community pool. The neighborhood is next to the Van Buren Trail for biking/hiking. Located just 0.5 miles to the "blue stairs" beach access (South Beach) and Kid's Corner Park; 1 mile to downtown South Haven.

5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms
2 living rooms, one with a wet bar and the other a fireplace
3rd floor laundry
Bedroom 1: 2 twin over full size bunk beds (entry ground level/1st floor) with adjacent full bathroom
Bedroom 2: King with ensuite bathroom (main floor/2nd floor)
Bedroom 3: King with ensuite bathroom and private balcony (3rd floor)
Bedroom 4: King with adjacent shared bathroom (3rd floor)
Bedroom 5: King with adjacent shared bathroom (3rd floor)
Additional Sleeping: Sleeper sofa on main level
INDOOR LIVING: Luxury furnishings w/ beach décor, gourmet kitchen, rustic fireplace, finished basement with wet bar, Smart TV
OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 balconies
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with cookware, utensils, stainless steel appliances, gas range, coffee maker, and blender.
GENERAL: Linens/towels, free WiFi, trash bags, paper towels, central heating & A/C
PARKING: Garage (1 vehicle), driveway (2 vehicles), free street parking
Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend.
House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.
PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, and very spacious — easily accommodated all five of us without ever feeling cramped. This place was amazing!! It had all the amenities you can ask for. It was brand new and clean! The Host was very welcoming and cared for us during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for those looking to enjoy South Haven or the surrounding area. The house is big enough for many to enjoy! We so enjoyed our stay with Anchor Point! The house was exactly as described and just as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. We had a large group, but there was plenty of space for everyone and we never felt overcrowded but we also had spaces where we all could be together when we wanted to be. The hosts were super easy to work with and made the check in and check out process very simple. Girls’ weekend
We recently stayed for a girls’ weekend and had the best time! The accommodations were excellent, beds and bedding so cozy and the little touches like coffee filters, q-tips and cotton balls in bathrooms, etc were so appreciated. South Haven
Pros: Beautiful home/decor, very clean, great location and wonderful city!
