Welcome to Trailside Treasure! Newly constructed in 2023, the nautical decor was thoughtfully curated for your beach vacation. Three stories of living space offer guests the option to spread out or gather in the open kitchen/family room. The home sits steps away from a community pool for some sandless fun. Just 0.5 miles to the "blue stairs" beach access (South Beach) and Kid's Corner Park. One mile to downtown South Haven. Dog friendly!

Note: The pool is typically open from the start of Memorial Day weekend to the end of Labor Day weekend. Please inquire about pool availability if making a reservation on or around opening/closing dates.

- Maximum Occupancy is 16 people
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply

- NOTE: Home has a decibel monitoring sensor outside of the home.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date
