Ingredients

Bass fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces

Vegetable oil

Andy's Fish Breading (yellow)

Filet the fish and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Rinse with cold water and pat dry with paper towel.

Place the filets on a plate and cover with Andy's Fish Breading. Toss until all sides are coated.

Meanwhile, generously pour some vegetable oil into a pan until it is about 1/2" high. Heat on medium-high until it starts to bubble.

Tip: drop some breading into the pan to see if it is hot enough to start your fish fry.

Gently place the fish into the pan. Fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
