For over twenty years, Mike built a successful career in technology sales, mastering the art of service, strategy, and connection. But behind every deal and business meeting, there was always another dream quietly growing: a deep passion for real estate, vacation rentals, and the vibrant community of South Haven.

That dream took root in 2007 when Mike purchased and began personally managing vacation properties in South Haven. It started as a way to create welcoming spaces for families and friends to gather—but it quickly became so much more.

In 2023, Mike took a leap and turned that personal passion into something bigger—launching full-service vacation rental management for other property owners. With a commitment to excellence, personalized care, and local expertise, Anchor Point was born to help owners maximize their property's potential while offering guests unforgettable stays.

Giving back to the South Haven community has always been at the heart of Mike’s mission. In 2020, he founded the South Haven Vacation Rental Community Fund, a program dedicated to supporting local youth and investing in the next generation. For Mike, success is not just about beautiful homes and happy guests—it's about strengthening the place that has given so much in return.
