Meet Izabella: Guest Experience Coordinator

As one of Anchor Point’s property inspectors, Izabella (Iza) takes pride in making sure every home meets the high standards our guests and homeowners expect. She enjoys hands-on work—visiting each property, checking every detail, and asking herself, “What if I were staying here?” to ensure each guest’s experience is exceptional.

Before joining Anchor Point, Iza worked in housekeeping, which gave her valuable insight into what makes a home truly shine. That experience taught her what to look for during quality checks and how to build positive relationships with the housekeeping team, delivering feedback that’s both honest and constructive.

Known for her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond, Iza is always ready to jump in and help wherever she’s needed. She loves that every home tells a story—reflecting the care of its owners and the joy of the guests who come to make memories there.

Outside of work, Iza enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Michigan, and caring for the many animals on her family’s farm. Whether she’s helping with chores, tinkering on cars with her dad and brother, or tending to the cows and chickens, she brings the same curiosity and hands-on spirit that she brings to her work at Anchor Point.
