Meet Dawn

As Guest Experience Coordinator, Dawn specializes in our Petite Acres properties while also supporting day-to-day operations across our portfolio. She oversees property inspections at Petite Acres and in the New Buffalo area, helping ensure each home is thoughtfully prepared and ready to welcome guests. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality play an important role in creating exceptional vacation experiences.

Dawn's love of travel and hospitality comes from years of exploring new places, meeting new people, and experiencing destinations from a guest's perspective. Outside of work, she enjoys making the most of Michigan's four seasons—boating, sailing, and water skiing in the summer, then skiing and snowmobiling throughout the winter. She loves sharing everything Southwest Michigan has to offer with visitors.

Dawn's goal is simple: to help every guest feel welcomed, relaxed, and cared for from the moment they book until long after they've returned home. She hopes every stay is filled with meaningful moments, lasting memories, and a desire to come back again.
