Meet Dakota: Guest Experience Coordinator

Dakota was born and raised in South Haven, giving her a deep appreciation for the community and the homes that make it special. As a Guest Experience Coordinator at Anchor Point, she plays an important role in preparing homes for arrival day—inspecting each property to ensure it’s guest-ready and delivering thoughtful concierge support throughout the stay. She also assists with behind-the-scenes logistics that help each home run smoothly.

Before joining Anchor Point, Dakota gained hands-on experience working alongside her dad on his apartment properties, where she developed an early understanding of what goes into maintaining a quality home. That foundation made her a natural fit for the Anchor Point team.

Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with her horse, Chulo, and making the most of life in South Haven with friends and family.
