January 31 - February 2

Located in the downtown district, this beloved winter event showcases dazzling ice sculptures, family-friendly activities, and unique local traditions. Here’s a guide to the exciting highlights you can look forward to at this year’s festival.


January 9 - March 2 Located at the Huron Street Pavilion. 

Have fun and stay active this winter at the "Hallmarkesque" outdoor ice rink.  It is one of the spotlights in our kid's activity guide!

May 10-October 11 at the Huron Street Pavilion 

The South Haven Farm Market provides a direct link between the agriculture community and consumers who value fresh local produce and farm products. 


May 23, 5:00-7:30 pm at the Michigan Maritime Museum 

The annual Blessing of the Fleet ceremony for a safe and successful 2025 boating season followed by a fish fry.

June 14 at the Michigan Maritime Museum

The 44th Annual Antique & Classic Boat Show celebrates all boats from paddle boats to classic boats during this fun and informative experience.  


June 13-14 

HarborFest is held on Father's Day weekend. Enjoy live music, dragon boat races, beer gardens, rides, games, and a craft show. 


June 28

Annual SHOUT Cottage Walk invites guests to tour local homes and cottages for $20 a ticket. 


July 3

The firework celebration takes place at dusk off the North Pier.

The Annual Juried South Haven Art Fair is a highlight of the summer season!

August 8-10

The 38th Annual Blueberry Festival is fun for all ages.  Held annually on the second weekend in August, this festival is one of the longest-running agricultural events in America! The Blueberry Festival Craft Fair will be August 9-10 at Stanley Johnston Park.


August 22, 6:30-9:30 pm at the Michigan Maritime Museum

Come out for an evening of fun, food, music and dancing for the 4th annual Rock the Boat concert.  The 1985 Band will feature the best of the 80s. Proceeds will benefit the Michigan Maritime Museum.  


August 30-31 at Stanley Johnston Park

The 49th Annual All Crafts Fair is held each Labor Day weekend with over 130 exhibitors.


September 4-7 at the Michigan Flywheelers Museum

One of the largest shows of its kind in Michigan, this show features hundreds of old farm machinery, demonstrations, parades, live entertainment, kid's activities and more. Find the schedule of events and other happenings at the Michigan Flywheelers Museum here.


September 13

Roll along the southwest Michigan countryside choosing a bike route that is 15 to 62 miles in length.  This event supports the construction of the Blue Star Trail
